When it becomes active, it checks the machine for a Delphi installation, and if it finds one, it modifies sysconst.pas (saving the original as sysconst.bak) and compiling sysconst.dcu. It then infects every executable compiled on the system. The infected executables apparently have properties which make them undesirable on anyone's machine, even non-developers. A number of Delphi-based Trojans have been found in the wild that are infected, so even the black-hats are vulnerable.
